Photography

Introduction:

Digital photography requires a solid workflow, allowing for professional preparing of digital photo files From A to Z. Photography is about connecting to the real world in front of the camera and making from it an image unique to you and your particular vision.

Course Details:

You will study all about the camera and explore all its parameters by taking various shoots at our studio plus you will go on field trips to professional studios and shooting locations. You will be able to view your pictures comment on them. Later, you will learn to download your picture into your computer and enhance them through various software such as Photoshop CS3 tools and Image Ready.

Course Progression:

We are proud to announce that in June 2015, the program became Pearson Assured which confirms that we apply all quality assured standards in training and candidates will receive in addition to TVTC certificates a certificate from PEARSON: Basic Digital photography. This confirms that the candidate has taken the training within highly specialized quality of training services.

The workflow is defined by the following key elements:

  • How the image is stored and retrieved: Computer system

English Language

Future Institute offers English courses for candidates interested in enriching their language knowledge. Both programs are certified by the Ministry of Education. Fashion Design

Our two years program consisting of four Modules; each module is divided into two quarters each is 6 weeks long. Completing eight quarters successfully entitles the applicant to attain a Diploma in Fashion Design from the Technical and Vocational training cooperate. The program is very comprehensive and deign focused. The aim is to develop design awareness ability, and critique. The focal point of the design is its primary needs of the client and its appeal to the customer along with the trend analysis.

You will communicate your designs under the supervision of highly specialized trainers; from simple garments to the very heavy embroidery “Haute Couture” dresses. All skills from fundamental drawing techniques of figure drawing to rendering illustrations to pattern making to CAD skills are addressed to have you excel in your final presentations and garment making.

The program being so detailed and sophisticated was validated by Heriot Watt University. During 2014, Future Institute signed an articulation with Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus (HWUDC); FIL Diploma graduates are accepted to join the third year in Fashion and Textile to attain their BA having completed successfully one year of study at Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus.

Graphic Design

Future Institute offers a range of various training programs of software applications of Adobe in graphic design and digital art. The aim is to get candidates develop their creative artistic talent in design using important software programs of Adobe; all in modern facilities with excellent support services. Advertising and commercial design firms are in high need of skillful employees who can apply their skills into Advertising Design, Web Design and Video Editing and Animation assignments.

Interior Design

Future Institute has been recognized by Inchbald School of Design since 1993. Our program is conducted with the school’s supervision over all conducted modules. In 2005 Future Institute became an official  associate to Inchbald School offering Inchbald’s Diploma in Design and Decoration.

Inchbald School of Design is an independent and recognized school of Design in London. It offers postgraduate degree, Diploma and certificate course in Architectural Interior Design It has a long established reputation for serious and practical training.

This three years Diploma program equips the candidates with the know-how on various CAD programs; Autodesk 3D Max, Sketch up, and Autodesk AutoCAD. In addition to all design elements and surveying techniques.

In 2014 Future Institute Diploma program  was renamed Architectural  Interior Design Diploma. This intensive program; exploring the creative process of Interior Design, from materials and furnishings through retail and event design to architectural alteration and technology entitled  Future Institute to sign an Articulation with Heriot Watt University Dubai Campus whereby Future’s candidates who completed successfully their three years diploma can join Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus (HWUDC) at year three Interior Design and attain their BA in Interior Design. This encouraged a lot of candidates to join the program.

Jewelry Design

This is a complete full-year program in designing and making jewelry. Candidates are fully guided through every stage to translate their inspired ideas into workable, wearable designs. The Program is approved and accredited by the TVTC, which gives which gives graduates a better chance in finding satisfying and productive employment.

The designs are evaluated according to standard criteria based on design creativity, execution and originality. Accepted designs get the Al Moussaly seal on their report. FIL takes candidates on visits to the Moussaly factory where they get exposed to the techniques and equipment involved in jewelry manufacturing.

This confirms that the candidate has taken the training within highly specialized quality of training services.

FIL has its own fully equipped workshop at the institute. We proudly say that it is one of a kind for women in KSA.

+ Module 1:Understanding Jewelry Design (90 Hours)
The student will be able to research and design jewellery as a quick sketch for a client or produce a rendered design for clients or for manufacturing. You will learn how to develop your work from a simple sketch to a real conceptual design art.
+   Module 2 part I: Working with Metal (60 Hours)
The students will learn basic jewelry making techniques by using hand tools to make three projects. They will learn how to draw the design on metal, how to produce texture, how to solder parts together and how to set a stone in a simple bezel setting. They will be able to use these tools on their own after the course. This course uses silver because it shares similarities as gold yet not as costly.
+ Module 2 part II: casting (30 Hours)
The students will learn wax carving by making four projects from wax; these projects cover all the major techniques of wax carving. They will also learn to make a rubber mold and how to inject it with a low temperature wax for mass production. They will be able to use these techniques on their own to produce jewelry using wax.
+ Module 3: Working with GEMS (90 Hours)
Introduction to Diamonds. The Four C’s. Estimating Weight and Carat Size. The Cutting Process. Introduction to gem Microscope and Gem Instruments. Practice Estimating Weight. Practice Grading Color, Cut and Clarity.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Basic Requirements
    1. The following are the required documents to submit on registration:
      1. A copy of the identity card (family card/iqama) and a copy of passport
      2. A copy of the trainee’s certificate for the last academic level she passed. No certificate below high school shall be accepted unless the trainee is applying for a language course.
    2. A non-refundable fee of 300 SR for new registration/file opening.
  2. Regulations
    1. Full payment of registration fees on or before the first day of courses.
    2. The institute reserves the right to change fees based on our annual financial review and economic inflation.
    3. If paying in installments, kindly observe the following:
      1. The first installment must be paid at least one week ahead of the beginning of the course.
      2. Remaining installments are to be paid on the dates set by the administration and must be approved of in writing (Installment Schedule), bearing in mind that the period between each installment is two months only.
      3. If the trainee fails to pay the installment on the agreed dates, she shall be stopped from attending her classes after noncompliance of the second written warning issued by the institute and grace period after the due date being 4 days for non-Diploma courses and 15 days for Diploma courses. She will also be forbidden from taking her final exams or receive a certificate of attendance.
    4. Full refund on registration fees, if the trainee completely withdraws from the course before class begins.
    5. If the trainee completely withdraws from the course during the first week, 30% charges will be deducted on registration fees to refund.
    6. The trainee has the right to postpone/defer her registration once and trainee has to pay additional 10% of fees to commence her rescheduled course/program. If she fails to attend the rescheduled course, the institute will automatically drop the trainee.
    7. The institute reserves the right to set training schedules as it deems suitable for the academic year’s plan. The trainee must follow this schedule or be considered absent for every session she misses.
    8. The student’s level is determined by the institute’s placement/assessment test. No other test will be considered.
    9. The trainee must attend our mandatory English courses relevant to her diploma plan. Failing to attend them on schedule would waive the benefit of taking it free as Institutes offer and student would then have to pay for that.
    10. In case a student is late to class, she will be allowed to enter the class within the first 15 minutes. Every 4 delays/late accumulated would be considered as (1) day of absence. If the student arrives to class more than 15 minutes late, she will be considered absent.
    11. The trainee should take off her abaya in class and hang it in a designated area. She should also wear appropriate clothes that comply with the institute’s ethics and Islam’s teachings.
    12. The institute reserves the right to refuse granting the trainee her certificate if she does not abide by or breach any of the regulations stated above.
  3. Regulations for all short courses/programs and Offer Deals
    1. All payments are paid in full. No installment plan is allowed.
    2. Payments made to benefit from an offer are non-refundable, freezable or transferrable to other courses.
    3. The trainee may fully benefit from the offer provided that she takes the course continuously with no breaks (Diploma Offer Courses).
    4. The trainee must attend the free course according to the administration’s schedule applicable to the offer.

متطلبات المعهد واللوائح

  1. الإلتزام بتقديم الأوراق المطلوبة للتسجيل :
    1. صورة من الهوية (كرت العائلة /الإقامة) ، وصورة من جواز السفر .
    2. صورة من الشهادة الدراسية لآخر مرحلة أنهتها المتدربة لا تقبل أي شهادة أقل من الثانوية العامة ماعدا دورات اللغة.
  2. دفع رسوم فتح ملف بقيمة 300 ريال غير مستردة إلا في حال عدم التزام المعهد بفتح الدورة في الوقت المحدد.
  3. السداد الكامل للتكاليف من أو قبل اليوم الأول للدورة.
  4. للمعهد الحق بتغيير الرسوم حسب الدراسة الإقتصادية السنوية.
  5. في حالة تطبيق نظام الأقساط يجب الإلتزام بالتالي:
    1. دفع القسط الأول قبل بدء الدورة بأسبوع على الأقل.
    2. دفع الأقساط المتبقية حسب التواريخ المحددة التي ستـقدمها إدارة التـسجـيل بعد الاتفاق عليها خطياَ مع العلم ان الفترة المحددة بين الأقساط هو شهرين فقط.
    3. ج. في حالة تخلف المتدربة عن الدفع حسب التواريخ المحددة بناء على كشف الأقساط، يحق للمعهد إيقافها عن الحضور بعد إنذارها لمرة واحدة خطياً، كما لايحق للمتدربة دخول الامتحانات النهائية أو الحصول على أي شهادة حضور لهذه الدورة. وأما أقسام الدبلوم لن يتم تسجيل أي مواد قبل دفع الأقساط المستحقة وإن تخلفت المتدربة عن دفع القسط المستحق نهاية العام الدراسي من حق المعهد حجب الدرجات عنها وأيضاً حرمانها من التسجيل في الربع المقبل.في حالة الإنسحاب الكامل للمتدربة قبل بداية الدورة يحق لها إسترجاع المبلغ كاملاً غير شامل رسوم فتح الملف.
  6. في حالة الإنسحاب الكامل من الدورة خلال الأسبوع الأول فقط يحق للمتدربة إسترداد رسوم الدورة بعد خصم 30% من رسوم التسجيل الأساسية ولا يحق لها إسترداد أي مبلغ بعد مضي أسبوع من بداية الدورة.
  7. يحق للمتدربة التأجيل لمرة واحدة فقط مع استيفاء شروط الدفع كاملة مع اضافة 10% على الدفعة المتبقية المستحقة، وللدورات القصيرة الغير مقسطة يتم دفع قيمة 10% من الرسوم عند العودة وفي حال عدم إلتزام المتدربة بالموعد الجديد للكورس لا يحق لها التأجيل للمرة الثانية أو إسترداد المبلغ المدفوع للكورس.
  8. يحق للمعهد إعداد الجداول التدريبية حسب ما يجده مناسباً لخطة العام الدراسي وعلى المتدربة الإلتزام بالجدول حسب المواعيد المطروحة ، وعدم الإلتزام يُعرّض المتدربة لإحتساب الحصص كغياب.
  9. يُحَدَد مستوى المتدربة بحسب الإمتحان الخاص بالمعهد وليس بحسب أي امتحان خارجي. `
  10. فيما يخص دورات اللغة الانجليزية الإلزامية في خطة الدبلوم يجب الإلتزام بحضورها في الوقت المحدد لها، وعدم الإلتزام يعرض المتدربة لخسارة الدورة المجانية وستحسب لها لاحقاً كدورة مدفوعة الثمن.
  11. يحسب للمتدربة تأخير بعد مرور ربع ساعة فقط وسوف يتم احتساب كل 4 مرات تأخير بيوم كامل غياب. وفي حال تأخر المتدربة أكثر من ربع ساعة في المرة الواحدة فإنه يحسب غياب.
  12. يجب على المتدربة عدم لبس العباءة داخل الصف وتعليقها في مكانها المخصص ومراعاة الإحتشام في الملبس بما يليق بالمعهد وبتعاليم ديننا الإسلامي.
  13. يحق للمعهد عدم تسليم أي شهادات خاصة بالمتدربة في حالة عدم إلتزامها والإخلال بشرط من الشروط السابقة.

الشروط الخاصة بالعروض لكافة الدورات :

  1. تدفع الرسوم كاملة ولا تتبع نظام التقسيط.
  2. المبلغ المدفوع للعرض لايسترد ولا يجمد لدى المعهد ولا يحول لأي دورة أخرى.
  3. على المتدربة الإستفادة من العرض بالكامل شريطة الإستمرارية (ان تكون الدراسة مستمرة بدون أي انقطاع من العرض).
  4. على المتدربة الإلتزام بمواعيد الدورة المجانية المحددة من قبل الإدارة إن وجدت في العرض.
